Simple, Transparent Wedding Videography Pricing

YOUR

INVESTMENT

This is probably the first and hopefully the last time you’ll need to book a wedding videographer – so I understand that you might not fully know what you want.

So let me make it as simple as I can for you…

All of my packages include full day coverage (arriving 2 hours before the ceremony and leaving an hour after your first dance).

I generally use 2 cameras for your ceremony and speeches, with tiny little audio devices to make sure you can listen back to your vows and speeches nice and clearly! And yes, I do have a drone.

The main difference between the packages is what you can look forward to receiving after your wedding – which I PROMISE you won’t regret!

Frequently Asked

QUESTIONS

Head to the CONTACT ME page and either fill out the form, drop me an email or message me on WhatsApp. I’ll get back to you to discuss your wedding plans.

I recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for popular dates in Kent and the South East.

Yes, if you would like to secure the date of your wedding, a £100 deposit is payable with the balance due 28 days prior to the wedding day.

Yes, I have a drone which captures amazing 4k footage from the air, and I dont charge any extra for using it.

I am a CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) authorised drone operator and have specific drone insurance. Drone footage is very much dependant on the weather we have on the day of your wedding as both visibility and wind can limit the use of the drone.

Safety of your footage is my number 1 priority. It’s a one-time event and the footage cannot be replaced. Which is why on the day I use cameras that record to dual memory card slots, meaning I always have 2 copies of the footage at any one time. As soon as I get back from your wedding (however late that might be!) I store the footage and audio in 3 separate places. On an SSD, on a backup hard drive and finally in the cloud. In the unlikely event that both drives were to fail, I can retrieve all of the footage and audio from the cloud at any time. I also keep all of your films in the cloud indefinitely. Meaning, if you were to lose your copies, I can always send you them again.

Yes! I’m based in Tonbridge, but I travel for weddings throughout Kent, London, Essex, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, and beyond.

Fees will apply for travelling distances greater than 50 miles (each way) from TN12, Kent.

My current travel rate is £0.60p per mile as calculated by Google Maps.

In the highly, highly unlikely event that I need to cancel, I will use my amazing network of talented videographers to source a replacement. If this isn’t possible, I will refund all money paid as per the contract.

Yes, I hold full business insurance for personal and public liability up to £5,000,000.

Highlight films are generally sent to you 4 weeks after the wedding. The rest of your wedding films will be sent between 16 – 20 weeks after the wedding. It can sometimes be slightly longer during peak wedding season but I generally deliver ahead of schedule. Editing a collection of wedding films can take 20+ hours to complete so it takes a fair bit of time and I want to do your day justice!

I don’t provide raw footage, as each film is carefully curated to tell your unique story. However, the final edited film will capture all the key moments of your day.
